Samply is a platform for audio creators sharing tracks with clients, collaborators and fans: lossless and gapless playback, loudness matching, spatial audio, watermarking, version stacks, Stripe payments and apps for iOS and macOS. Samply hosts the files; its Dropbox integration copies the folder into Samply.

StudiOS works on top of your Dropbox or Google Drive (or StudiOS Cloud). Nothing to upload twice, no archive to migrate.

From the link to the invoice
A project carries its client, files, links and invoice. The client approves the master and pays online, with Stripe or PayPal.

The studio inside your DAW
StudiOS Commander (VST3/AU) opens the studio like any other plugin: clients, files and magic links without leaving the session.

In your client’s language
Everything your client sees (the portal, the links, the emails) speaks Spanish, English, French, German and Basque. Links also go out over WhatsApp or Telegram.
When Samply is the better choice
If the listening experience is the point (spatial audio and Atmos, loudness matching, polished pages for fans or releases, Apple-native apps), Samply is excellent. StudiOS is the better choice when you run client work: the master’s approval, invoices, a portal with your brand and the files in your own cloud.

Questions

Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link or your portal, listen, comment on the waveform and approve without signing up.
Where are my files stored?
In your own Dropbox or Google Drive, or in StudiOS Cloud. StudiOS reads your folders; there is no need to upload everything again.
Can I keep using Samply while I try StudiOS?
Yes. Connect your storage and start with a new project; your files do not move.
Can I keep my files in Dropbox, as with Samply?
Yes, and they stay there: StudiOS works directly on your Dropbox or Google Drive, while Samply’s Dropbox integration copies the folder into Samply.
